Vorkenntnisse: abgeschlossene Niveaustufe B1 Das Business English Camp bereitet Sie in kurzer Zeit intensiv darauf vor, kommunikative Situationen in Ihrem Berufsalltag zu meistern, die bisher eine Herausforderung für Sie dargestellt haben. Im Kurs sprechen Sie in einer kleinen Gruppe von maximal drei Teilnehmern Englisch auf B1/B2-Niveau und entwickeln mithilfe von Mini-Workshops Ihre interkulturellen Kompetenzen weiter. Dabei unterstützt Sie eine qualifizierte Dozentin mit authentischem Material, das an Ihre speziellen Bedürfnisse angepasst wird. Dieser Kurs findet online in Form einer Videokonferenz statt. The following topics will be covered in this seminar: - Project initiation (Module 1) - Project planning (Module 2) Seminar Content: You will receive a solid introduction to the key terminology and di􀆯erent phases of project management. What are the main characteristics of projects? How to differentiate between project types? What should be achieved when, by whom and at what cost? Every project requires a thorough timeline, a clearly defined scope and allocated resources for its implementation. Various factors play a crucial role during the initiation phase. Goal: You will learn how the complexity of the overall project processes can be broken down into manageable packages. You will learn how to define the project scope whilst eliminating redundancy/waste.
